Shih-Chieh Su received B.S. degree in 1998 from National Taiwan University, M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Southern California (USC), in 2001 and 2006 respectively, all in Electrical Engineering. He has been a Research Assistant in both the Department of Electrical Engineering and Department of Biological Science, USC, from 2001 to 2006. He has been studying in the computational biology and genomic signal processing area. His research interests include bioinformatics with emphasis on genomic sequence and SNP data analysis, biological data mining and biomedical image analysis. He is also interested in semantic data representation. | |
