Pei-Kai Liao received the B.S. degree and M.S. in electrical engineering from the National Tsing-Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1997 and 1999 ,respectively. He is currently a PhD student in electrical engineering at the University of Southern California. His research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks, OFDM and CDMA systems.
