Sungje Cho received M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), in 2007, and B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (major), Mathematics (major), and Computer Science (minor) in 2000 from the Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH). He has been a Research Assistant in the Department of Electrical Engineering and the Department of Computational Molecular Biology, USC, fall 2007 and in the Department of Computational Molecular Biology until now. Currently his research interest is the genomic sequence assembly using Eulerian Path method from re-sequencing to De Novo sequencing. | |
