Hyo Ryol Cho received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Kyungpook National University, Daegu, Korea, in 1988 and 1991, respectively. From 1991 to 2003, he had been working for the advanced network research group at KT as a principal research engineer. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical Engineering at University of Southern California. He is a member of the Prof. Kuo's research group.
