Fu-Hsuan Chiu received the B.S. and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1997 and 1999, respectively. He received Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. He was a Research Assistant of Integrated Media System Center and Singal and Image Processing Institute and a member of the Wireless Communications subgroup in Dr. C.-C. J Kuo's Media Communications Lab. He was a systems engineer at Texas Instruments (San Diego) working on 3G solution during 2006 to 2008. He joins Broadcom in 2008 and is responsible for HSPA+ development. His research interest includes MIMO-OFDM, multiuser detection, channel estimation, iterative detection and wireless networking.
