Yongjin received his B.S. degree in Electronic Engineering at Yonsei University in 2001 and M.S. degree in computer science at University of Southern Callifornia, in 2003. He is currently a Ph.D. student in Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Southern California. He is a member of Prof. Kuo's research group. His research interests include the QoS provision of the video communication over wireless networks through the cross-layer optimization.
