Szu-Wei Lee received his B.S. and M.S. degree in department of Computer Science and Information Engineer in National Chung-Tung University in 1996, 2000, respectively. He is currently a Ph.D. student in Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Southern California . He is a member of Prof. Kuo's research group. His research interests include video coding
