Do-Kyoung Kwon is currently working toward the Ph.D degree in electrical engineering at University of Souther California, Los Angeles. He is a member of Video subgroup under Prof. Kuo's advice. He is also a research assistant in Signal and Image Processing Institute and Integrated Media Systems Center, Univeristy of Southern California. His research interest include rate control, video streaming and other issues related to video compression
